The Anti Diet Riot Club has an amazing and supportive community where you can connect with like-minded people. Becky is a member and this is what she had to say about her experience:
"The sense of belonging, acceptance and community I feel from the ADRC community online has really helped me to develop my sense of self as a confident, grounded, unapologetic fat person. This inclusive space has given me somewhere to ask questions or get involved in discussions about the subjects that matter to me. There are people at all stages of their anti-diet or self acceptance journey and we all get to learn from each other. I feel like I'm part of something very special."
