Our Classes

Online Classes for Life (not just for COVID!)

During 2020 we introduced online classes as a result of the impact of COVID-19. Due to the popularity of our online classes and the response from our new virtual ‘regulars’ online classes are now a permanent part of our timetable. Wherever we are moving or dancing, you can join us from wherever you are in the world! Can’t join us live? Don’t worry! You can book a class and receive access to the recording afterwards!

Our classes are designed for absolute beginners and for those who have never really felt that sport or exercise is designed for them.

We help you find the ‘fun’ in functional fitness!

“I have always struggled with exercise - the classes around me are all weight loss focused and intimidating, but I struggle to motivate myself to exercise solo. I started going to Missfits classes because I appreciated their ethos, and I was grateful to be able to work out from home.


I started off doing just the Monday evening classes and loved them so much I wanted more - to the extent that I built my work schedule specifically so I could do the Friday lunchtime dance/functional fitness. Since starting with Missfits, my fitness, mobility and strength have all improved - but, more importantly, I have been able to rebuild my relationship with exercise and my body. I now know that I do enjoy movement - I just don't enjoy the weight loss and morality that often goes along with it.


Becky's playlists are great fun, the choreography is easy to pick up and remember, and the classes are always great fun. She has created a class environment full of joy, play, and laughter - it's a real pleasure to take part.”
