YouTube Workouts

If you can’t make it to one of our classes (online or face to face) or if you’re curious to find out what our classes are like - you can have a look at some of our YouTube videos! Most of these videos were put together very quickly in Spring 2020 (in response to the first COVID-19 lockdown) as an opportunity for our fabulous MissFits to be able to keep shaking and shimmying from home when face to face classes were cancelled. They were filmed in Becky’s dining room so they’re not quite ‘studio quality’ but the workouts are still great fun and definitely give you a flavour of the MissFits Magic!

You can build your own workout using a selection of our 10 Minute Workouts (make sure you begin with the’ warm up’ and end with the ‘cool and stretch’ workouts) or you could try one of the 30 minute workouts which are stand-alone workouts put together for our local Women Like Us Festival (2020 and 2021). Do as much or as little as you like - a workout doesn’t need to fill a certain amount of time to be valid - all movement counts!
